Request deletion of your lzaa account and data here, even if the app is no longer installed.
What happens after a request?
- Your request reaches the administration dashboard with a reference number.
- The team verifies account ownership through the registered contact channel before deletion.
- Profile, login and personal-content data are erased and sessions are revoked. Media removal is processed through follow-up tasks.
Necessary financial records may remain under a pseudonymous internal identifier. See the privacy policy for retention details. In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account.
